Desert Rose Tallow is a small, family-owned business based in North Dakota. We make and sell handcrafted, small-batch tallow skincare products.
Products & Orders
We do our best to describe every product accurately, including ingredients, size, and intended use. Product appearance (color, texture) may vary slightly from batch to batch — this is normal for handcrafted, natural products and is not a defect.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprises.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe listed on our shop page. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they leave our hands. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Returns & Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy page for full details. In short: we accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days. If something arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Our products are made with natural ingredients, including animal-derived fats and botanical oils. While we take great care in formulating our products, individual skin reactions can vary.
